ukulele
Back when I started playing ukulele, there honestly weren't any chord charts that I could find on the web. Since then, a lot have sprung up, some pretty good ones, even. However, I made mine by hand, without looking at anyone else's, so I still hold some nostalgia for them. Originally, they were plain formatted text, but I was never happy with that solution, and it had some interesting problems when printing. I've switched them to use SVG, which I like much, much better. Some browsers still don't support SVG, so I still leave the old version available
